Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: your mobile number, name (if you give it), and your password stored only as a secure hash (we can't read it).
• Mistri / provider registration: shop or team name, area, map location, timings, skills, photos of your shop or work, and photos of your CNIC for verification.
• Requests you send: name, phone, city and area, what you need, optional photos, and your map location only if your device gave an exact GPS position.
• Plan payments: the receipt or transaction details you upload.
• Usage and safety data: a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address to stop abuse, counts of Call/WhatsApp taps on a mistri's profile, and basic server logs.
• Cookies: login session, language, chosen city, and whether we already asked for your location. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

• To run the service: log you in, show mistris near you, and pass your request to our team or a mistri.
• To verify mistris before they are listed, so customers can trust them.
• To prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and to keep the site secure.
• To contact you about your request, account or plan.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

• Everyone: a verified mistri's public profile (shop name, area, photos, skills, timings). The phone number is shown only while the mistri has a paid plan.
• Our team: requests, accounts and payments, to provide the service. CNIC photos are seen only by our verification team.
• The mistri we connect you with: the details of your request they need to do the job.
• Service providers that run the site for us: our hosting company (servers in the European Union), Cloudflare (security and speed), and map tile providers (OpenStreetMap, Esri), which receive your IP address when a map loads.
• If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) handles that conversation under its own policy.
• Authorities, only when Pakistani law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Your account and mistri profile: until you ask us to delete them.
• CNIC photos: while your mistri profile exists; deleted when the profile is deleted.
• Requests, payments and Call/WhatsApp counts: up to 24 months, then deleted or made anonymous, unless needed longer for a dispute or by law.
• Login codes and short-term security records: a day or less.
• Backups: 14 days, then overwritten.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information, or to remove your mistri profile. Contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp 0303 7104782. We reply within 30 days. We may keep a limited record of payments or disputes where the law or a pending complaint requires it.

Location: we only read your location when you tap a GPS or location button, and your browser asks your permission first.

Security

The site uses HTTPS everywhere. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, CNIC photos are private files, access to data is limited to people who need it, and our servers are patched and firewalled. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.

Children

Mistris must be 18 or older to register. The site is not meant for children; a parent or guardian should make requests for anyone under 18.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will point out important changes on the site. This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016. Questions: [email protected] or WhatsApp 0303 7104782.
